Werewolf updates coming soon :: WolfSpoor :: White Wolf News and Rumours

The weather is getting a little cooler and the night colder and could wolf howls really be far behind? That’s right, the February launch of Werewolf: The Forsaken is only a few months away.

Werewolf: The Forsaken is of course the second major expansion of the World of Darkness, bringing the same level of detail and excitement to furry beast-men as we brought to undead blood-suckers in Vampire: The Requiem. Starting November 15th — a month from today — look for daily updates and sneak peaks right here on the website. We’ll bring you the stories of the Forsaken and get under their changing skin.

And the first update will reveal the cover!

In the meantime, here’s a few pieces of artwork to whet your appetites.

I have to admit, the whole Vampire thing is, to me, done to death (pun optionally intended). Don't get me wrong, if you still like Vampire, go for it, but the vampire craze lost it's appeal on me long ago.

Now, Werewolf. While I always loved the idea behind it, it always seemed to have something lacking in the presentation. It was close to what I wanted in a werewolf game, but was still... off somehow. Admittedly, I never got around to playing Revised.

This, however, I may have to look at. And as a guy who looked at the new WoD core rules and said, "Wow, they made ST 2.0 the d10 clone of d20." that's saying a lot.
